The Biscayne was the cheapest full-size Chevrolet you could buy — rubber floor mats, a bench seat, painted trim, no clock — and that is precisely why serious drag racers ordered them. Every ounce of chrome and sound deadening Chevrolet left out was an ounce that did not have to be dragged down a quarter mile, and the engine option list was the same one offered on the Impala. A 409 or 427 Biscayne with a four-speed and no badging was the ultimate sleeper: the same car your neighbour used to collect groceries, with an engine that would embarrass a Corvette.

This car is a Biscayne, the plainest of Chevrolet's full-size range and, because of that, the one that was most often used up.

This example is finished in Red over Red, showing 29958 mi on the odometer (a displayed reading, not a guarantee of total distance).

Stock number PC1325, VIN/chassis 21111K154955. Condition, provenance, mileage and specification should be confirmed in person or with us directly before any decision.
